Jackson has been gone since Friday. He has been elk hunting in Wyoming. The kids have not talked to their daddy since he left. Tuesday night Jackson got out of the mountains with a 5x5 elk. He was now available to talk on the phone.
After we had family prayer last night, we called Jackson. The kids were so excited to talk to their daddy that they all waited patiently for their turn. Everyone had a chance to talk to daddy on the phone last night.
They all had stories to tell. Some communicated more clearly than others. As a mom, it was fun to hear what they all had to say and to listen to what Jackson had to say too. Here is a picture that we sent to Jackson so he could see his kids' cute faces.
